As other people pointed out, I think it's a bit expensive, though I like the idea of those books. Anyway, magic items that are solely for roleplay purposes are always something that's hard to price, though, because someone will always find a flaw in it and use it abusively... Maybe you could say how many pages there are in those books? If it poses a limit to them, it may be relevant.
